Dimension Threads is responsible for your personal information on this website. Contact us at @dimensionthreadsuk on Instagram with any privacy question.

What we collect today

The site has no accounts, no checkout and no analytics or advertising tools. Your wishlist is saved only in your own browser on your device and is never sent to us. If you message us on Instagram, or prepare a message on our Contact page and send it to us there, we receive whatever you include, such as your name or handle, your question, your favourite anime and what you’d like to see. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, pages requested and time, for security and running the service.

How we use it

We use the messages you send us to reply to you and to understand what our community would like to see. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and learning from feedback. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or consider your suggestions. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Message us on Instagram to do any of these. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we add accounts, orders, analytics or anything else that handles more personal information, we will update this policy before we start, and the date at the top will change.
