RETURNS & REFUNDS

LAST UPDATED 4 OCTOBER 2026

Not yet on sale

Drop 001 isn’t available to buy yet, so there are no orders to return. We will publish our full returns and refunds process here before the first order can be placed.

Your legal rights

When you buy from us online, your statutory rights will always apply. In the UK this generally includes the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods and a further 14 days to send them back, and the right to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. Nothing we publish will reduce those rights.
